For this event, StagecraftUK provided multiple event production services for all elements of this event, including the conference, gala dinner, and the exhibition.

The conference took place in one of the exhibition halls at the Telford International Centre. In here, our team built a large 40 foot wide stage which was 3 feet high and was finished with carpet and valance. Additionally, a front of house stage was installed along with two camera risers for the AV team. Black draping was also installed around the entire hall. All of the audio visual equipment was provided and supplied by us. This included lighting, a PA system, projectors, and cameras. All of this technical equipment required a lot of power, all of which was installed by our StagecraftUK electricians.

Once the conference had finished on day one, our team had less than two hours to turn round the hall ready for the gala dinner. This included removing and rearranging tables and chairs to meet the requirements for the number of delegates attending the dinner. After the dinner had finished, the room was changed back ready for the conference to resume the following morning.

Finally, the exhibition took place on the first day of the event, spanning across two of the large exhibition halls at the venue. In here, our team built shell scheme for a majority of the stands. Additionally, some stands requested graphic shell scheme panels to customise their stand. We printed these and installed them for the exhibitors. Furthermore, our team installed the stand carpet and provided furniture to stands that had placed orders. All stand electrics were installed by the StagecraftUK electricians, including power sockets, lighting tracks, and internet connections.
