For this event, StagecraftUK provided multiple event production services.

In hall 3 where the exhibition took place, our team provided a variety of furniture to dozens of stands. Items included trestle tables, red conference chairs, and poseur table and stools sets. Additionally, our electricians installed sixty 1000w sockets, one for every stand.

For the conference, which took place upstairs in the Ironbridge Suite, the client made use of our auditorium package. This includes a stage and set with screen, tiered seating, lighting, and audio equipment. The room can be split into 3 sections using the built in partition walls. Whilst the conference took place in one section of the suite, the other two sections were utilised for the gala dinner. In here, the StagecraftUK team set out 33 round tables with accompanying chairs. They also built a 24ft wide stage and equipped the room with power. Finally, they installed starcloth around the entire perimeter of the room. All of these elements came together to provide a professional and stylish event for the delegates to enjoy.
