Our last event of 2019 was the Capgemini Christmas party. The local Telford offices have been holding their event at the International Centre for many years now.

Capgemini are a technology company, specialising in consulting, technology services, and digital transformation. Some of their many partners include Amazon, Google, and Microsoft.

Each year the company organises an incredible Christmas Party for their employees. This includes a 3 course meal, live music, a DJ, and entertainment.

For this event, StagecraftUK provided all of the event production services.

The party took place in hall 3, which was decorated with black drape surrounding the entirety of the hall. There was also an additional drape line which sectioned off the top of the hall so that there could be a reveal of the main room. There was a prop area that was set up so that guests could have their photo taken. This year, a classic car took centre stage.

 

In order to effectively light the room, our AV team installed multiple static and moving lights. These were attached onto runs of truss which were rigged from the hall’s ceiling by our in-house riggers. Additionally, a PA system was installed to provide audio for the DJ and live band who performed throughout the evening.

Furthermore, there was a stage which was built and dressed by the StagecraftUK team. Our team also installed starcloth behind the stage which provided a magical backdrop for the performers on stage.
